A. Please respond to the following questions with essay-length answers. The Selection Committee will base their decisions upon the answers you provide.
1. Tell us about your experience with the organ. Are you currently studying the organ, playing the organ in a church, or working with an organ builder? How long have you been doing these activities?
2. Are you a full-time student? What degree(s) have you earned and/or what degrees are you pursuing?
3. What are your career goals? How does the organ fit into your plans?
4. What do you hope to gain from attending an OHS convention and from membership in the OHS?
B. Since the Fellowship is partially based on demonstrated financial need, please provide a brief narrative explanation of your financial limitations or needs or inability to attend the Convention with your own resources. Do you have student scholarships or loans? Do you have work income?
C. Please tell us if you have any special needs, such as accessibility issues, dietary requirements, or medical conditions. If you have none, please state that.

Letters of Recommendation

We require three letters of recommendation in support of your application: One should be from your organ teacher, a professional musician, or an organ builder; one may be in the nature of a personal or character reference; the third referrer may be chosen at your discretion.

Letters MUST be received not later than February 28, 2017. Applications without three letters of support will not be considered by the Selection Committee.
