- Dates: Monday, August 25, 3:00 p.m., to Friday, August 29, 9:30 a.m.
- Registration: $189 payable by check or money order (no credit cards) to the Organ Historical Society on before July 25 ($209 afterwards), inclusive of programming and bus transportation; the tour is limited to the first 100 registrants.
- Lodging and Meals: $398 payable by check or money order (no credit cards) to Twin Lake Village on before August 10 ($428 afterwards). This special rate includes four nights’ lodging at the Inn and all eleven meals. Some guests may wish to extend their stay at the Villa to run from Saturday afternoon, August 23 for additional cost of $100 per day, which includes three additional meals and an additional night. Check with Stephen L. Pinel for availability.
- The hotel fee should also be mailed to Mr. Pinel.
- For those not staying at the hotel, box lunches at $10 each will be available by advance order at the registration desk.
